Ljubiša Despotović

Prof. Dr. Ljubiša Despotović is a scientific advisor at Institute for Political Studies in Belgrade. He was a professor at the Faculty of European Legal and Political Studies in Novi Sad. Founder and until recently editor-in-chief of the scientific journal Kultura polisa. He is a member of the presidency of the Serbian Political Science Society and a regular member of Matica Srpska.

He is the author of more than 80 scientific papers and participated in several national and international scientific meetings. He received professional training at: Georg Eckhart Institute – Braunschweig, Federal Republic of Germany; Institute for Historical Justice and Reconciliation – The Hague, The Netherlands; Global Seminar – Salzburg, Austria; Instituto Culturas Tres – Seville, Spain.
